Ensure that contact information is correct when creating an account and before placing an order as errors in contact information may affect the delivery of items.
Product Pricing
We make every effort to ensure that the pricing displayed on our website is correct. However, if an error in the pricing of a product is found we reserve the right to either cancel your order or contact you to arrange payment of any extra sum due or refund any over-payment made by you (as applicable). The processing of an order can be cancelled or corrected by us at anytime up to the shipment of that order and any related items.
We reserve the right to alter all product pricing without notice.
Ordering
When you place an order you will automatically receive a confirmation email from us to confirm your order. We reserve the right to delay or refuse orders where a transaction contains incomplete details or details that cannot be verified or where fraud is suspected.
If we are unable to reasonably ascertain these details or resolve these issues a full refund will be made against the card used at the time of purchase. No other form of refund or credit will be offered nor will a refund be made to any third party card or account.
Delivery
As products are being embroidered on a per order basis, orders will be delivered within 10 – 14 days after the order has been received.
Returns
When you make a purchase on this website, you have the right to cancel the purchase without the need to give us any reason within 14 days of your order delivery date. Provided that the terms of this policy are complied with, Dressage Ireland agree to reimburse you the purchase price you paid for the goods within 30 days of notification of cancellation.
In addition to the right of cancellation set out above for goods ordered on this website we will provide you with a refund or exchange provided that the following conditions are adhered to:
- The goods are unused
- The goods are returned within their original packaging
- The goods have not been engraved or personalised or made to your specification;
- The return is made within 30 days of the date of purchase of the goods; and
- The goods are accompanied by a properly completed returns form and a print out of the original order confirmation.
You are solely responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, and for ensuring that the full and correct postage is paid. You are also responsible for the risk of any loss or damage of the goods upon receipt of delivery of the goods by you and while in transit to us. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit and you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting when returning goods.
